Prediction and design of T cell receptor interactions with structural models

Overview:

I will describe our efforts to model and design T cell receptor specificity using deep learning structure-prediction models.

Bio:

Undergraduate (Rice University) and graduate (MIT) degrees in math; biochemistry postdoc with David Baker (UW Seattle); independent position at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center since 2007, working on prediction and design of protein structures and interactions.
